Registration Fee

1. Please note that all payment will be subjected to additional US$ 50 per person non refundable processing fees.
2. All dates and times are relative to the local time zone of Thailand (GMT + 7:00).
3. Registration fees do not include the accommodation and the optional tours on Wednesday 25 August 2010 for which an additional charge applies.
4. Please note that, for the member rate to be applicable, you have to check your membership here before starting the registration. If you are not IAEA member as your mention, you will be charged for additional amount of US$ 75 (until 30 April 2010) or US$ 100 (from 1 May 2010)  to make the total amount paid equal to the non-IAEA member registration rate.
5. Social programs (Welcome Reception and Conference Gala Dinner) are available for participants and accompanying persons who taking the registration.
    

Payment is preferably processed through a credit card (VISA/Master/JCB) . If you cannot pay with a credit card, you can pay through bank transfer as following details:

• Participants are kindly reminded to provide a valid e-mail address to create account and password before login for registration so that the Conference Secretariat can confirm places and keep participants updated with important information. Please note that you have to use diffent E-mail address for each registrant. You may follow online registration guideline to register.

• For the member rate to be applicable, you have to check your membership before starting the registration. If you are not IAEA member as your mention before, you will be charged for additional amount of US$ 75 (until 30 April 2010) or US$ 100 (from 1 May 2010)  to make the total amount paid equal to the Non-IAEA member registration rate.
  
  
• Your registration will be acknowledged within a week. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).You will receive an official receipt on 22 August 2010 at the registration desk.
