Call for Papers

We invite participants to the 36th IAEA Annual Conference to present papers, symposia or workshops related to the theme "Assessment for the Future Generations"

Topics

(1) Classroom Assessment
(2) Instrument and its Effectiveness
(3) Needs and Standards
(4) Policy and Practice
(5) Theory and its Application

                                                

Details

Intending participants are invited to present individual papers either in parallel sessions . You may submit more than one abstract; however the IAEA 2010 Conference Program Subcommittee may decide to accept only one presentation per participant. Paper presentations should be planned for delivery in 20 minutes, allowing a further 10 minutes for discussion.

Abstract for paper presentation should be written between 150 - 200 words and should be submitted by email as Microsoft Word attachment to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or upload to our website. The abstract should be submitted as a single file which save as in Microsoft Word 2003 or 2007 (*.doc) format using Times New Roman 11-point font size and single-spacing. Please also include title, author(s), institution, postal address, fax, telephone numbers and email address at the beginning of the abstract. Notification of acceptance of your abstract will be sent to you by email.

Abstracts will be selected according to the following criteria
(1) Relevance to the proposed topic(s)
        - Classroom Assessment
        - Instrument and its Effectiveness
        - Needs and Standards
        - Policy and Practice
        - Theory and its Application
(2) Statement of objectives 
(3) Quality and clarity of procedure and/or conceptual framework
(4) Refering to results and applications


Proposal Submission

(1) Pleae download the proposal form and fill in the form.
(2) Name your file as follows:
      - To avoid confusion , please name your file  IAEA2010_ABSTRACT_NAME_LASTNAME_YOURCOUNTRY.doc
         For example: IAEA2010_ABSTRACT_PRECHARN_DECHSRI_THAILAND.doc
      - To submit more than one, added the the number after the word "ABSTRACT".
