The 36th International Association for Educational Assessment (IAEA) Annual Conference will be held in Bangkok Thailand, from 22 – 27 August 2010.

The conference will be hosted by

• The Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST)
• Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University
• Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University
• The National Institute of Educational Testing Service (NIETS)
• The Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA)

The IAEA Annual Conference is recognized as a major event in assessment, bringing together leading assessment and education experts and providers of examinations from around the world. It provides a forum for participants to share professional expertise and strengthen mutual understanding and relationships. The theme of IAEA 2010 is Assessment for the Future Generations.

The conference will be held at the Ambassador Hotel. Social functions will include a welcome reception and a gala dinner.
